Caddyshack
Cinderella Story
Caddyshack opened on Groundhog Day, February 2, 1998, and has been a local favorite ever since. As the fourth generation to open a small business in Coeur d'Alene we know what it means to be a local business and are grateful for all of the support we have been given!
We started as a family ran business and that continues today. If Marni or DJ are not at Caddyshack, there is a high chance there is a son, daughter, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or a cousin there having a good time.
The original focus was indoor virtual golf due to the long winters and number of golfers in North Idaho. We were the first to bring indoor virtual golf to North Idaho and it has inspired the golf theme of Caddyshack.
Our menu started off limited, consisting of grilled panini sandwiches prepared in a tiny kitchen. The paninis were a hit and that started our journey in the restaurant business. Our menu has changed over time but the focus has not, to provide quality and consistency in the food we serve.
We proudly offer a selection of great beer and wine. Originally offering 6 taps, we now have a Front 9 and Back 9, that’s 18 taps! All draft beers are offered as a pint, pitcher, or as the "Looper", a 25oz frosty mug.
The decor on the walls and the golf towels hanging all originate from our friends and family over the years. They have been kind enough to bring golf towels and flags from all over the world. The first golf towel, Pendleton CC, came off a relatives bag while we were playing at the Coeur d’Alene Public. Our golf towel collection is at almost 500 towels with every State and many countries represented!
We aim to provide our guest's with a comfortable and casual experience, without any sacrifice on quality. Caddyshack is a place where people gather to relax, meet friends or make new ones, laugh and have fun with great food and great people.
The Lundblad's continue to operate it as a family business providing good times and good food along with Virtual Golf simulators in a smoke-free, family environment.
